Today we logged exactly 500 miles of scenic Colorado beauty – from our home in La Veta, Colorado west to the town of Creede, then up to Lake City and Gunnison via the Silver Thread Scenic Loop. From Gunnison, we headed north and east to finish out our day with an unforgettable sunset at the summit of Cottonwood Pass.
