EVENT DAY PROCESS
Individual sessions will be held on a first-come, first-served basis, and may last up to 10 minutes each. You will be required to fill out a short registration form and pay the session fee before your photo session begins.
All photos will be published to online galleries at: echoimagery-co.com within five (5) business days of the event, at which time you will receive an e-mail message from nicole@echoimagery-co.com with a link to your individual gallery, along with detailed instructions for fulfilling your selected package(s).
From your gallery, you may also share photos, send free e-cards, order a wide variety of print sizes, stretched canvas prints, or create fun photo gifts and holiday greeting cards. You can VIEW A SAMPLE GALLERY HERE. Click on any of the thumbnail images to view a list of available print sizes and gift items.

STEP 1: SELECT YOUR SESSION
Full Digital ~ CD Session $45: This package includes *ALL* high-resolution digital images from your gallery, delivered on CD. CDs will ship within five (5) business days of the the event. A great option if you know you’ll want them all, or if you plan to print your own.
Single Digital Session $25: Includes ONE high-resolution digital image of your choice, delivered via email. Additional images may be downloaded from your gallery at $10 per image. You may also add any of the Discounted Print Packages to this session.

Online pre-registration and payment DOES NOT guarantee a specific session time. Pre-registration is available for those who simply want to eliminate time spent in line completing the registration form by hand – or for those who wish to pay the session fee by credit card. As in all other years, sessions are conducted on a first-come, first served basis between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on event day.
Session time is guaranteed when you pre-register, as long as you arrive between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (MST), Saturday, December 2, 2017, at:

Pre-paid session fees may only be refunded if cancellation notice is received at: nicole@echoimagery-co.com, no later than 4:00 p.m., Friday, December 1, 2017, or should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather.
